Whether you’re looking for an older or newer night watchman, there are earlier versions available from the 19th Century and newer variations made as recently as the 20th Century. A night watchman made by Art Nouveau designers — as well as those associated with Rococo — is very popular. Many designers have produced at least one well-made night watchman over the years, but those crafted by Franz Bergmann, Goldscheider'sche and Royal Doulton are often thought to be among the most beautiful.
