This lovely timepiece dog clock is working and ticking well with one eye tells the hour and the other tells the minute. Visible chipped on the wood as shown on the photos.

Provenance: Private collection, Los Angeles, California Condition: Fitted with mounting brackets on the back. Shade is worn. Small chip to the wood on the leaves. Wiring is old....

The clock face has minor staining toward the lower quadrant; one small chip to ebonized wood. Roughly 14" H. x 8" x 4".

Please note of wear consistent with age including patina to the wood frame, chips, and minor stains to the upholstery.

Chipped lacquer and wood on the inside drawers.

Profusely embellished with side-by-side strips of chip carved wood, four canted legs and a smooth round top.

Mahogany solids and veneers. 12 compartmentalized sections but missing 5 of the light wood separators. Minor chips to the satinwood thin moldings at the bottom edge.

It's very old, so you can see the worm-eaten. There may be some wood chips, but this is not a big problem. The taste is wonderful and it is a very beautiful drawer.
