Fabulous Art Deco Revival statue “Afternoon Stroll” lady and borzoi dog by Alexsander Danel for Austin Productions comprised of Durastone which is a copyrighted material of Austin Productions. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. This piece had a few blemishes and breaks but has been completely restored by our experienced staff. You may still see signs of age that are inherent to the piece. A lovely lady and her beautiful Borzoi on an “Afternoon Stroll.” This is a fabulous statue titled “Afternoon Stroll” which was created by famed artist Alexsander Danel and produced by Austin Productions. Some say her dog is a Borzoi which is a Russian Wolfhound while others say it is a greyhound… but since the Borzoi is a descendant from the Arabian greyhound, you can call it whichever you prefer!! He stands proud and poised on a black rectangular base as she leans over his backside softly stroking his shoulders while dressed to the T in her fabulous black mink bolero...
