COLUMN FRAGMENT, LIME SQUARE An exhilarating standout from the conceptually driven "From Stone to Canvas" exhibition, this square-format dimensional artwork offers a brilliant juxtaposition of Renaissance architecture and high-voltage contemporary color. While the overarching collection honors the pristine white-and-gold interiors of the Cathedral of Granada—originally conceived by master architect Diego de Siloé—this specific piece shatters historical convention. Infused with an intensely vibrant fluorescent lime hue, the artwork seamlessly fuses the heavy classical monumentalism of the cathedral with the electric, neon-pop aesthetic of the artist’s celebrated "Pop Miami" series. Symmetrically framed and highly tactile, it is crafted to be a magnetic focal point in any upscale interior. Textural Mastery & Sculptural Process: Sartorial Construction: Channeling an extensive professional background in haute couture, the artist manipulates raw textiles with the precision of a master tailor. Intricate folding, draping, and gathering techniques are applied directly to the canvas matrix. Tridimensional Hardening: Transcending traditional flat painting, the draped fabrics are heavily treated and sculpted until they cure into a semi-rigid state. This meticulous process successfully mimics the vertical, carved fluting of an antique stone semi-column fragment. Neon & Classical Synergy: The audacious fluorescent lime colorway provides a striking, modern shock to the eye, making this square piece a perfect standalone statement for minimalist, eclectic, or avant-garde luxury settings. Curated Framing: To elegantly ground the explosive neon color and tie it back to the Cathedral's original palette, the artwork is beautifully presented in a bespoke white and gold wooden frame, elevating its overall exquisiteness and gallery-ready appeal. BLACK COLUMNS DIPTIC Belonging to the evocative exhibition "From Stone to Canvas", this striking diptych reinterprets the classical columns and semi-columns of the Cathedral of Granada through a bold, avant-garde lens. While the broader collection honors the pristine white and gold palette originally selected by Renaissance master Diego de Siloé, this specific masterpiece introduces a dramatic juxtaposition. By incorporating profound black hues and unexpected fluorine accents, the artist creates a masterful fusion between solemn historical architecture and the vibrant, high-voltage energy of her iconic "Pop Miami" series. The result is a transitional piece with immense visual gravity. Artistic Composition & Textural Innovation: Haute Couture Meets Fine Art: Rooted in her extensive background in high fashion, the artist transforms raw fabric on canvas using refined draping, gathering, and folding techniques normally reserved for distinguished, tailor-made garments. Sculptural Dimension: Pushing beyond traditional two-dimensional painting, the draped textiles are meticulously manipulated and sculpted into a semi-rigid structure that physically mimics the vertical fluting of classical masonry. Authentic Stone Finish: To further bridge the realms of classical architecture and modern canvas, the surface is masterfully enriched with genuine marble dust textures, providing a tactile, mineral finish that directly physicalizes its stone inspiration. Eclectic Curated Palette: A daring chromatic interplay where the architectural weight of black interacts with neon flashes, creating an eclectic aesthetic perfect for grounding both ultra-modern lofts and sophisticated eclectic interiors. COLUMN FRAGMENT, RECTANGULAR FLUOR CORAL Part of the conceptual exhibition "From Stone to Canvas", this vibrant rectangular artwork presents a spectacular collision of classical antiquity and bold contemporary pop art. While the foundational concept of the series pays homage to the serene white and gold aesthetics of the Cathedral of Granada—originally curated by the master Renaissance architect Diego de Siloé—this specific piece brilliantly breaks the historical mold. By injecting an electrifying fluorescent coral hue, the artist bridges her architectural inspiration with the high-voltage energy of her iconic "Pop Miami" series. The result is a fearless, highly textured statement piece that instantly draws the eye. Artistic Composition & Sculptural Technique: Sartorial Sculpting: Leveraging a profound background in haute couture, the artist applies sophisticated garment-making techniques directly onto the canvas. Expert draping, precise folding, and gathering transform raw textiles into high art. Dimensional Hardening: Pushing beyond flat painting, the manipulated fabric is painted, treated, and sculpted until it cures into a semi-rigid state, convincingly replicating the vertical fluting of a carved stone pillar. Vibrant Fusion: The brilliant fluor coral tones provide an unexpected, ultra-modern edge, making this piece the ultimate focal point for eclectic luxury lofts, contemporary living spaces, or daring commercial interiors. Exquisite Framing: To ground the vibrant neon tones and add a layer of deep sophistication, the artwork is elegantly encased in a bespoke black and gold wooden frame, finalizing its gallery-ready presentation. COLUMN FRAGMENT, RED SQUARE Hailing from the conceptually grounded exhibition "From Stone to Canvas", this compelling square-format artwork is a masterclass in striking visual contrasts. While the overarching collection meditates on the serene white-and-gold architectural legacy of the Cathedral of Granada—originally curated by the 16th-century master Diego de Siloé—this particular iteration boldly shatters convention. Ablaze in an intense, arresting fluorescent red, the piece serves as a brilliant bridge between historical Spanish monumentalism and the high-octane, neon-drenched energy of the artist’s celebrated "Pop Miami" series. It is a dramatic, highly tactile focal point intentionally designed to ignite the senses within luxury interiors. Textural Mastery & Sculptural Technique: Haute Couture Transition: Merging the distinct worlds of fine art and high fashion, the artist treats the raw canvas much like a bespoke garment. Expert sartorial techniques—including precise draping, folding, and gathering—infuse the piece with a profound sense of organic movement. Dimensional Architecture: Moving beyond the two-dimensional plane, the heavily manipulated textiles are painted, sculpted, and cured into a semi-rigid physical state. This intricate process flawlessly replicates the vertical, carved fluting of an antique stone pillar. Striking Crimson Accent: The introduction of a vivid, fluorine red provides a spectacular punch of color. It offers an energetic, contemporary twist that functions as the ultimate statement piece for minimalist spaces, monochrome rooms, or eclectic modern galleries. Regal Framing Presentation: To beautifully contain the explosive modern red and pay direct homage to the Cathedral’s original classical palette, the artwork is meticulously encased in a bespoke white and gold wooden frame, adding an exquisite final layer of sophistication. DIPTYCH COLUMN FRAGMENT, RECTANGULAR FLUOR CORAL AND PINK Emerging from the conceptually rich exhibition "From Stone to Canvas", this electrifying two-piece diptych offers a bold reinterpretation of classical antiquity. While the series originally pays homage to the solemn, white-and-gold aesthetic of the Cathedral of Granada—envisioned by Renaissance master Diego de Siloé—this specific dual composition intentionally shatters historical expectations. By introducing a striking palette of fluorescent coral and vivid pink, the artist seamlessly bridges monumental 16th-century architecture with the pulsating, neon-drenched energy of her distinguished "Pop Miami" series. As a diptych, it commands immense visual authority, perfect for anchoring expansive walls in high-end eclectic interiors. Artistic Composition & Sculptural Execution: Haute Couture Draping: Drawing upon decades of expertise in the fashion industry, the artist treats the raw canvas as a tailored garment. The sophisticated folds, gathers, and drapes are meticulously formed using traditional sartorial techniques. From Fabric to Stone: Transcending two dimensions, the manipulated textiles are heavily treated, painted, and sculpted until they cure into a semi-rigid structure. The resulting texture masterfully replicates the carved fluting of ancient stone semi-columns. Chromatic Duality: The fearless interplay between the fluorescent coral and pink neon hues creates a captivating vibration, making this diptych an ultimate statement piece for avant-garde, modern, or boldly curated luxury spaces. Regal Framing: Providing a sophisticated boundary to the explosive neon colors, both rectangular artworks are elegantly housed in bespoke black and gold wooden frames, ensuring a highly polished, gallery-ready presentation. FRAGMENT OF WHITE COLUMN ON LINEN A standout piece from the acclaimed "From Stone to Canvas" exhibition, this dimensional textile artwork draws profound inspiration from the classical architectural elements of the Cathedral of Granada. By reinterpreting the imposing presence of ancient stone columns into delicate, manipulated fabric, the artwork creates a mesmerizing trompe l'oeil effect. The chromatic palette is a direct homage to the Renaissance vision of architect Diego de Siloé—an elegant, monochromatic exploration of pristine whites subtly illuminated by delicate touches of gold. Highly tactile and visually serene, this piece is curated specifically to bring historical gravitas and contemporary softness into high-end interior spaces. Materiality & Sculptural Technique: The Intersection of Fashion and Fine Art: Drawing heavily from a lifelong career in haute couture, the artist approaches the canvas as if it were a bespoke garment. Expert draping, gathering, and folding techniques are utilized to shape the raw fabric. Dimensional Hardening: The draped textiles are meticulously painted and sculpted until they cure into a semi-rigid state, perfectly capturing the architectural fluting of an antique stone pillar fragment. Gallery-Grade Presentation: The sculpted piece is exquisitely mounted against a pristine backdrop of 100% natural linen—adding an organic, exquisite textural contrast—and is elegantly housed within a custom, off-white wooden frame. Belonging to the exhibition "FROM STONE TO CANVAS" inspired by the cathedral of Granada. The work GRAN CAPITEL pretends to simulate a piece of the Corinthian capitals that culminate the columns and semi-columns so characteristic of the cathedral of Granada. The main color is white with all its shades, a chromatic scheme that together with touches of gold was chosen by the master from Burgos SILOE to preside over the interior of the cathedral of Granada. Worked on canvas, with bits of leather, textile, lace, ... materials all used during my career between the world of fashion (designing clothes for women and children, communion and bridal dresses, footwear design) and the world of art. It is a work that I have a special affection for everything it represents, a little bit of my soul is in it, because it is made with BITS OF ME.
