A refined vintage double deck of playing cards by Must de Cartier, presented in its original Cartier red case. The fitted box is stamped in gold with the maison's signature garland border, and its soft suede-style interior with a satin-lined lid holds the two decks in separate compartments. One deck has a gold, leather-textured back and the other a Cartier red back, each embossed with the interlocking double C monogram in an oval and finished with decorative gilded corners.
In very good condition for its age, with almost no wear to the box, a clean interior and both decks complete. A piece of quiet, understated luxury, well suited to a games table, library, bar cart or a considered gift, and a natural addition to a collection of Cartier objects or vintage desk accessories.
