Frédéric Schmied (born in Zurich on July 26, 1893 and died in Geneva on September 23, 1972) was a Swiss sculptor and draftsman. He attended the School of Fine Arts in Geneva in 1916-1921). Schmied's work was exhibited at the Rath Museum in October 1931. His work was also part of the sculpture competition at the 1924 Summer Olympics.to
