Joanna Pilarczyk is a London-based contemporary figurative painter and art educator. Born in Poland, Joanna studied at the Art University in Zielona Gora. She holds MA degree in Visual Arts and Art Education. After moving to London over a decade ago, Joanna fell in love with the city immediately. Amazed and entranced by diverse cultures and the vibrant energy, Joanna began to paint oil portraits of new acquaintances and friends within the artist community of North London. In her recent vibrant paintings, a contrast to her earlier work, she focusses on self-portrait, intimacy, femininity, self-care and relationship with her partner and nature. She says 'In my colourfully decorated flat filled with plants, and isolated from family and friends, my surroundings and my partner became my only world, more intensely experienced and observed than ever before.' Pilarczyk is a finalist of Women United Art Prize 2021. She has exhibited her work nationally and internationally, recently she presented her paintings from the 'Intimate Times' series at 'Memories in Hindsight' group show at J/M Gallery, Notting Hill, at ‘Press Play’ exhibition in Fitzrovia Gallery and The Other Art Fair in Truman Brewery in London. Her paintings have been featured in various global art exhibitions and contemporary art publications including: Create! Magazine, All She Makes, Art Seen, The Huts, New Visionary and Singulart Contemporary Art Collectors Magazine.to

Dorit Levi was born in Tel Aviv, Israel in 1952, her Yemenite upbringing and culture playing an important role in her art. Her talent enabled her to study at the prestigious Wizo France Art School in her native city, where she had the great fortune to learn from one of Israel's greatest artists, Edwin Salomon. The artist's personal experiences in Uganda, Africa where she lived for several years, are reflected in many of her paintings. The vast savannas translate into the warm colors of backdrops, and the flow and movement of her vibrant figures are inspired by Uganda's colorful markets and the people in embroidered garb. Dorit's works are remarkable in her use of gold leaf and the enormous attention to detail and complex composition. Each time one looks at a Dorit Levi painting new aspects and new configurations are discovered. More than anything, the collectors of her contemporary artworks remark on the feeling of joy, optimism and peace they inspire. The influences of Bolivian artist Rodo Boulanger, as well as cubist Pablo Picasso, Fernand Leger, and the cubism of Georges Braque are a background for the distinct signature of Levi's lyrical style, forged of her strong artistic vision and of a wealth of personal experiences. She shows at the prestigious Safrai Art Gallery in Jerusalem Israel and has been exhibited with Raphael Abecassis, Ben Simhon, Yosl Bergner, Naftali Bezem , Sami Briss, Amram Ebgi, Alexander Klevan, Gregory Kohelet, Yuvl Mahler, Ran Haya Graetz, Zina Rothman, Michael Rozenvein, David Sharir, Reuven Rubin, Theo Tobiasse, Yuri Tremler, Shraga Weil, Wissotzky and Avigail Yoresh...
