Laura Ellen Leslie Lindberg was born in Los Angeles, California, on November 18, 1904. She has been an artist since her early childhood. Later on, she taught art for many years of her life. Leslie spent numerous years in Alaska and lived the last six years of her life in Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 318 of Olympia and the Clallam County Art League. Leslie died on September 17, 1976, in Port Angeles, Washington.
