Rudolf Von Huhn Art
Rudolf Von Huhn was born in San Francisco in 1884. He studied and earned a degree in engineering in Germany and didn’t devote himself full-time to his art until after 1947. Von Huhn exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art, Corcoran Gallery of Art, Smithsonian American Art Museum, Baltimore Museum of Art, American University, George Washington University, Veerhoff Galleries and Norton Museum of Art. Von Huhn’s works are held in the permanent collections of the Corcoran Gallery of Art, National Museum of American History and Brooks Memorial Gallery. Huhn died in Washington, DC in 1968.
