Frame in poor condition This painting by Norma Rodriguez is composed of oil on canvas. The painting depicts a spring landscape in the hills of California. The painting is in very good condition. The inexpensive frame is in good condition except there is a stain in the upper right linen liner. Therefore, I am rating the frame in poor condition. Please see the pictures.
