This exceptional antique Edwardian silver spirit kettle, in sterling standard, has a plain oval rounded form. The lower portion of the body is embellished with fine and impressive embossed fluted decoration, in the Queen Anne style. This antique tea kettle is fitted with a flush hinged hallmarked cover, which also features fluted decoration and retains the original and impressive carved painted wood and sterling silver oval fluted shaped finial; the flush hinge indicates the high quality of the piece.
