Our work comes from a point of view that reflects something of the culture of its milieu without ever descending into parody or pastiche. It is rooted in the traditions of functional modernism, the result being thoughtfully conceived and carefully crafted spaces that celebrate the individual experiences that form and enrich them. 

Shamir Shah Design has been nominated for best of the year awards for both project and product design by interior design magazine consecutively for several years. Domestic and international publications include Elle Décor, Architectural Digest, GQ Style, Interior Design, The Wall Street Journal, The London Times, British Homes and Gardens and Ideat. Recently completed projects include an array of private high-end loft, brownstone and apartment renovation projects in New York City, the Hamptons, Boca Raton, San Francisco and Mumbai as well as condominium development projects for Extell, Crescent Heights, Related and Tessler developments.
