Founded by Micah Heimlich in 2008, the portfolio of UNHEIM includes a large hillside estate on Mulholland Drive, Los Angeles; an ultra-glamorous penthouse in Beverly Hills, California; a historic building in the tony Arts District of DTLA; a widely published Paul Williams house and grounds in Ojai, California; a rolling beach estate at Point Dume near Malibu; a brownstone in the West Village, New York; a high-desert residence in Monument Manor, Joshua Tree; and a large terraced mansion in Montecito, California.
