“Struttin Down 5th Avenue"
Signed three piece tea set with lidded teapot & sugar and open creamer. This is the large set, the teapot being 11-1/4" high, in Lambert's signature black satin glaze.
Michael Lambert - American ceramic artist best known for his "dancing" teapots. He was strongly influenced by 1940's animation and 1960's poster art. He closed his studio and retired in 2003 and this series is getting hard to find.
