This is a Daniel Zuloaga Boneta (1852-1921) decorative hand painted wall plate. It depicts in the center a rural Spaniard village street scene of two peasants. One is riding his donkey that is carrying a double basket in its body and the other one is ready to sit in his ox cart that has some horse hay. The border of the plate is hand painted cobalt blue and decorated with silver color flowers and a garland made with leaves and bows.
