These lamps dates from the period Sognot was concerned with more humble and affordable materials in response to material shortages after the World War II. It is hand crafted from six bamboo sticks encasing a cylindrical cotton canvas and wicker shade, it gives a soft warm light. Its scale sits it between a floor lamp and large table lamp. Good original condition with minimal wear of use.
