The Káan Armchair incorporates hammock weaving into a comfortable and functional design. This piece can be disassembled for ease of transportation and to minimize its carbon footprint. Small bronze bolts make assembly and disassembly easy, while also providing stability.
The structure is made of solid wood, turned on a lathe, with precise joinery that allows the elements to be assembled and disassembled. The weaving is meticulously handcrafted by artisan Agustín Caamal Chimal using nylon thread, available in a variety of patterns and colors.
