About the Item

The Ray Chair expresses the majesty of crystals. Densely packed elongated prisms mimics the impressive fortitude of an included quartz cluster. Antonio Pio Saracino is a registered Italian Architect and Designer, member of the OAR, Association of Professional Architects in Rome. In 2013, he established the multi-disciplinary design practice APS Designs Inc. in New York City. Saracino's work features designed buildings, residential interiors, commercial interiors, furniture, and public art. His work is exhibited in the permanent collections of several museums, including the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the LACMA Museum in Los Angeles, the Brooklyn Museum in New York, the Museum of Art and Design in New York, and the MAAS Museum in Sydney. The Ray Chair is in permanent collections: Museum of Arts and Design, NYC MAAS Museum, Sydney.
