A Wonderful Emilio Rey Spanish Gold Gilt Metal & Beveled Glass Top Coffee / Cocktail Table. 17" T X 36" X 52" A unique and well known Spanish 20th century Gilt Metal and Glass coffee table by Emilio Rey, circa 1960s. This attention grabbing coffee table is designed with a Gilt Metal base and was made to look like tasselled rope with undulating curves along the top edge flowing down each leg which end in a tassel. From the tassel, the movement continues to form a central double tour reserve just above floor level. This gorgeous table has a very special Glass top that follows the curves of the base below.
