This is a very rare oil painting of a Moroccan Berber bagpipe player. Small painting with great presence. Painted in the late 19th century and reframed to compliment the era . Oil paintings of any kind of the Berber are very rare but a portrait even more so. The artist gas perfectly caught the playing and the instrument perfectly . A very interesting conversation piece for any room.
