Aquavit
Restaurant by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio in GB
Situated in London’s recently redeveloped St. James’s Market neighbourhood, Aquavit is a 142 cover Nordic restaurant showcasing the very best of Nordic cuisine and design.
Inspired by Gunnar Asplund’s architectural design of Gothenburg City Hall in Sweden, Aquavit showcases an expansive dining space flooded with natural light and a simple aesthetic which perfectly reflects Scandinavia. A curved parameter in rose gold mirror and timber panelling frames two private dining rooms located on a mezzanine level whilst a marble stone native to Sweden blankets the entire ground floor.
