Central Park Home
The goal of this project was to mitigate the white-box blandness of this 6,000-sf high-rise pied-à-terre. With a nod to a pre-war apartment I added details like wainscoting and chevron floors, which give warmth and a layer of detail. The palette is neutral to highlight the spectacular Manhattan and Central Park views all around. I combined vintage pieces along with items from my own collection—resin coffee tables, a daybed—and artful reproductions like the family room’s Serge Mouille ceiling fixture.
