Restaurant by Assembly Design Studio in Boston, MA
Citrus & Salt is the latest addition in the growing group of restaurants by Chef Jason Santos. Intended to be the brighter and lighter little sister to our previous Santos project Buttermilk & Bourbon, Citrus serves playful coastal Mexican cuisine in a casual setting. Bright colors, pink stucco, and string lighting sets a Baja inspired tone in the main dining room. While black lights and lounge furniture create a moody hideaway in back.
