A Greatest Hits collection of après-ski style in one of most enviable private ski resorts. For one of our favorite clients, who happens to be an actual rockstar, we translated mountain lodge style as a mix of modern and nostalgic references to create a rustic yet groovy family getaway. Inglenooks and carved wood banisters reference a classic Swiss chalet while slinky velvet seating and fur rugs offer a midcentury St. Moritz swagger. Traditional Native American patterns and rough-hewn stone mix with graphic treatments worthy of an 80s ski film adorn ceilings, walls, bunkbeds—even a tiger-striped car pet runner. The end result is an energetic getaway designed to spark memorable.
