Situated on the Left Bank of Paris, this apartment on the prestigious Boulevard St. Germain offered the opportunity to restore the Haussmann architectural vocabulary that had long been lost. This thoughtful renovation that mixed this Parisian style residence with Pheasant’s love of serene modern design produced a timeless atmosphere that speaks to his past/present signature. The neutral shades of limestone, grey slate and black iron that envelop the exterior facades of Paris streets were brought inside to inform the elegant palette.
