Raju Sarkar is a resident of Kolkata. He completed his BVA (painting) with a first class from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata. He has been a part of solo and group shows throughout the country, including venues such as the Jahangir Art Gallery, Mumbai. He also participated in many exhibitions in Kolkata. His work is predominated by contrasting colors and innovative patterns that not only balance the figures, but also add a finishing touch to his creativity.
