Antique Escutcheon Plates

Each pedestal houses two dovetailed drawers fitted with swan-neck brass bail pulls on shaped escutcheon plates, complete with integrated keyholes.

The elaborate engraved escutcheon plate with original working lock retains its period key.

The working lock is accompanied by an iron diamond- shaped escutcheon plate. The iron diamond theme is repeated on each side, as a backplate to the heavy duty carrying handles.

Floral gilt bronze escutcheon plates adorn both doors, the lock is in working condition, one key included.

There are three drawers all with patterned marquetry designs, gilt bronze handles and rounded ebonized escutcheon plates. All locks are in working order and share one key.
