This is an antique étagère. A French, mahogany three-tier plant stand or whatnot, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

This fantastic Aesthetic Movement beveled mirror etagere at first looks French but it's actually a design that was adapted in the USA during the Victorian era.
