This is the best rose print dress ensemble we've had in for some time and it is by British heritage brand California Cottons whose quality production values and desirable prints easily rivalled Horrockses fashions. The rose print is spectacular; in really exceptional pink tones and a vibrant green against a white background. The cotton still retains a very crisp and fresh appearance.
