CLEARANCE Lucite Whale Functional Sculpture for Desktop or Vanity by Ritts, USA. Perfect for the MCM affcionado who likes art and whales but whose space needs reqyure function as well, this lucite sculpture is made to hold pens or make-up brushes and look good doing it. Signed 24k gold infused Crystal Fish Sculpture by Josef Marcolin, original label. In addition to the signature on the bottom, the piece still has both of its original labels as well. In Murano glass work, fine gold dust inside the glass is called gold polveri. Perhaps this term was dropped by Marcolin due to the inclusions being more notable gold flecks rather than gold dust.
