It also has an original "Made In Italy" item number label underneath (folded). The alternating ribbon design creates a unique swirling pattern throughout the piece. You can feel each line on the shade, since it is not covered in clear glass. Very elegant shape. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Use it as a decorative piece, or as a flower vase without the stopper. Mid-century era. Measures 12" tall x 4 3/4" wide.
