Amazing pair of 1980's Torchiere brass Italian floor lamps by LaRelco, in vintage original condition with some wear and patina due to age and use., there is some patina to the bases.

A striking 1940s Danish floor lamp by Fog & Mørup, model “Water Pump”, a distinctive example of early Scandinavian lighting design. Its unusual adjustable construction gives the lamp its characteristic name and sculptural appearance. A slender brass arm extends from the central mechanism, while the upright is elegantly wrapped in warm brown leather. The substantial cast-iron base provides excellent stability and gives the design a strong industrial character. A large rounded shade, measuring approximately 45 cm in diameter, is newly covered in soft white satin. When illuminated, the fabric creates a warm and beautifully diffused light. For safe and practical use, the lamp has been fitted with new wiring, a new lamp holder and a new switch, while retaining its original vintage character.
