Elegant Hollywood Regency hand-hammered gilt iron sunburst flower light fixture / flush mount, France, 1940s-1950s. This flush mount ceiling light features a wrought iron structure comprised by gold gilt iron scalloped leaves. The part surrounding the bulb is decorated by an undulated ring. Entirely made by hand, it has gold leaf gilt finish and a dramatic aged patina. It can be placed flush mounted or hanging from a chain as pendant. It also could work as a decorative wall light. This piece combines Hollywood Regency and Brutalist accents and it will be a nice addition to any room or entry hall.
