One of a kind Large Sunburst mirror in the manner of Gilbert Poillerat, Iron, gold leaf. France, 1930s-1940s. This stunning mirror has an eye-catching sunburst design with slightly curved long rays surrounding a round mirror glass. It was entirely made by hand in iron. Terrific aged patina and original gold leaf gilding. This starburst mirror will be an elegant statement placed alone or as a part of a sunburst mirrors wall composition. It will add a luxury but strong accent wherever you place it as it has brutalist and art deco accents. Rare find. At the back part it has the Sala Busquets original retailer's label at Passeig de Gracia, 98 in Barcelona.
