Vintage Kilim Rug Pillow with Irish Linen by Katie Larmour Couture Cushions Pink
Located in Belfast, Northern Ireland
Luxury pillow created from an exquisite piece of vintage kilim rug combined with Irish Linen by Irish designer Katie Larmour. Unique and one-of-a-kind. In rich, warm, dramatic colours of orange, rust, peach, coral, red, blush and soft black. Featuring geometric shapes and stylised, ornamental pegasus - a mythical winged divine horse from Greek mythology. Each cushion is constructed in Ireland. Filled with a new, custom-made, plush duck feather insert, lined in organic cotton, and finished with a concealed zip. Backed in new natural undyed Irish linen on the reverse. Irish Linen is highly regarded worldwide, known since the turn-of-the-century as ‘white gold’ and the ultimate ‘aristocrat of textiles’. Katie Larmour is an associate member of The Irish Linen Guild and highlighted as a ‘recommended purveyor of Irish Linen goods’ by the guild on their official website. Katie is an ambassador The European Confederation of Flax and Hemp (CELC). Katie Larmour’s Studio are renowned for their high end creations. Please note the nature of linen is that the surface may contain ‘slubs’, this is to do with the weaving process, and the fragment of vintage rug may contain blemishes, pieces stitched together and other ‘flaws’ that are to be expected. We feel these add to the textile’s character and charm, it is the nature of the natural fabric and pre-owned past and we ask you to take this into consideration before ordering. We have a large collection of unique cushions listed here on 1stdibs, from one-of-a-kind vintage designer silk scarf...

Exquisite Victorian English Gold and Scottish Agate Perfume Bottle, Circa 1870
Located in New York, NY
Exquisite Victorian English Gold and Scottish Agate Perfume Bottle, Circa 1870 Presenting a truly exceptional Victorian gold perfume bottle, crafted in England around 1870, and showcasing the distinctive "Scottish pebble" design. This exquisite piece is a masterpiece of Victorian artistry, blending luxurious materials with impeccable craftsmanship. The perfume bottle is elegantly tapered and cylindrical in form, adorned with a stunning array of alternating lozenge, diagonal, and wavy band panels, meticulously inlaid with a rich selection of hardstones, including jasper, agate, and bloodstone. The intricate patterning of these precious stones creates a captivating visual display, embodying the refined taste of the Victorian era. A touch of opulence is added by the hinged lid, crowned with a striking bloodstone, and the delicate pearl push-button release, which adds a subtle, yet luxurious detail. This beautiful piece is further complemented by its original fitted box, a rare find that enhances its historical value and desirability. This Victorian perfume bottle...

"Five Olympic Rowers", Monumental 1930s Painting of Nude Male Oarsmen
Located in Philadelphia, PA
One of the most stunning and monumental depictions of male nude figures -- and male athletes -- ever accomplished in the Modern era, this large painting shows five nude rowers, relaxed and conversational, as they hold their oars and await the next round of competition. The artist, James Stroudley, presents his rowers as consummate modern British men...

Siouxsie Lampshade with Fringing - Extra Large (22")
By Anna Hayman
Located in Ringmer, GB
Siouxsie, named after the legend Siouxsie Sioux, is our punky print with a distinct rebellious streak. It was created by layering two of Anna’s designs up together (Pearl and Giraffe) and comes together in dark shades of petrol with highlights of gold, pink and yellow. Anna Hayman lampshades create a fantastic centrepiece to a room and work as well on a lamp base as they do as pendants, especially now we are able to offer gold linings. Treat yourself to a beautiful piece of artistry, all made in the UK. Every piece is handmade to order and takes 5-7 weeks to be made and delivered. A piece for your interior to treasure and delight in, these emit a soft glow which lights up a room so beautifully. The Duchess satin lets more light through than the velvet, as does the white lining rather than the gold. You can use a higher wattage/lumen strength bulb if you’d like the heavier velvet fabric. The dimensions are below – please bear in mind fringe colour/length is able to be altered easily as is the braid trim. Do email us for alternative options. Frame Diameter: 22" Frame Height: 12" Fringe Length: 8" Flex and fitting are not included. The attachment for your lamp or pendant fitting is included – choice of lamp or hanging pendant attachment...
