The white color of this material made us think about melting slushy snow and ice. The black made us think of the ground, and how dark it looks once the snow melts and exposes the soil after a long winter. Made with a mixture of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) plastic with small aluminium spacers and nuts, the Jää bench is fully recyclable.
