Stunning vintage Mid-Century Modern lounge or club chair attributed to Erwin Lambeth’s Sophisticate collection comprised of light hardwood with a cerused finish & reupholstered in an Italian off-white chenille dot fabric called Zamba by Matthew Williamson for Osborne Little. Gorgeous condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are a couple very small color difference spots in the wood trim around top we feel are factory spots in the cerused finish. Please see photos and zoom in for details. In the designer furniture world, some attribute this style chair to Tomlinson Furniture however, because Tomlinson did not merge with Erwin-Lambeth until the later 80’s, we know that Erwin-Lambeth had already designed this chair. Either way, it is a fabulous chair comprised of light hardwood with a cerused finish on the curved back trim, straight front legs, and splayed back legs… it’s a simple, yet stunning design! And not only is the chair itself incredible…how about THIS FABRIC!!
