A striking set of four low-profile swivel bar stools in copper-plated metal with original oxblood leather upholstered seats, produced for the American commercial hospitality market during the golden age of the supper club and cocktail lounge. The warm rosy-copper finish and compact, refined proportions place these firmly within the best Mid-Century American bar seating tradition — the kind of stool that furnished the finest hotel bars, steak houses, and private clubs of the late Eisenhower and early Kennedy eras. Each stool features a generously proportioned circular padded seat above a slim central post, with a circular footrest ring braced by a clean cross-support. The flared trumpet base provides stability with an elegance typical of the period's best commercial seating. The seats swivel freely.
