This is a piece from the contemporary jewelry collection designed by the Berlin-based oil painter, Polya Medvedeva, and featured in a Vogue UA review. The earrings are made of 14 karat yellow gold and encrusted with 6 round diamonds and detachable cabochon tourmaline drops. The earrings are versatile as you can replace the tourmaline drops with other gems or wear the earrings without the drops for a simpler look. This is a custom made piece.
The size of one earring is 2x1.7 cm, and the depth without a lock is 5 mm. We use top natural diamonds with VS clarity and F-G color, and work with a German gemstone company that has been in the market since the 19th century.
The sculptural design provides an extra shiny surface of the flowers and a subtle play of shadow and light. The diamonds add delicate blinks to the earrings, and the tourmaline drops are open for the light to pass through.
