About the Item
The earrings are made of 14 karat yellow gold and feature 15x15x3 mm natural amethysts that are both attractive and elegant. The gems may look more light pink than purple in this cut.
This contemporary jewellery collection was originally designed by artist Polya Medvedeva as sculptures made of cubes of quartz. The sculptures were later modified into a collection of jewelry pieces, including rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, and cufflinks, and immediately featured in Harper's Bazaar UA and Vogue UA publications.
The earrings can be ordered in other colors, including rose quartz, blue or green quartz, tear-transparent rock crystal, or black morion.

Her inspiration is rooted in the aesthetic theories of Xie He, a Chinese theorist from the 5th century. Her designer jewelry combines the precise work of professional fine jewelers with a rich history of being in the market since the 19th century, along with new sculptural ideas by the artist herself. Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
