Awesome Late 20th Century rustic oak whiskey barrel poker table & 4 swivel chairs in the style of Brothers of Kentucky but these are made by The San Hygene Furniture MFG. CO. The chairs are comprised of actual oak whiskey barrels cut apart, padded, and upholstered in a multi-colored diamond pattern vinyl or faux leather with nail head details and rustic steel straps. They have a swivel base with metal footrests and the table is comprised of a whiskey barrel pedestal base, rustic steel straps, and an octagon top lined with green felt and poker chip slots on one side and solid wood on the other. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been redone, restored, or refinished. Specifically, these have been cleaned thoroughly, some restitching done to the diamond patches, & wood oiled. We have purposely left the rustic look of all the metal including the footrest. There is a pink or red mark on the seat of one chair that we were unable to remove completely and some plugs on the chair legs have been replaced. Note: the color pattern on one of the chairs differs from the others but with this pattern it is very hard to see. (we did not notice till we started to photograph!) There are four chairs comprised of actual oak whiskey barrels that have been cut apart, padded, and upholstered in a bright multi-colored diamond pattern or patchwork vinyl or faux leather and accented with antiqued brass nail head details and rustic steel straps. They have swivel bases and natural splayed wood legs with metal tube footrest stretchers that bear a gorgeous vintage patina which we have purposefully left alone as we think it enhances their character! The table is comprised of an oak whiskey barrel pedestal base with matching splayed legs, rusty or rustic steel straps, and an octagon shaped top with a green felt lined octagon in the center and poker chip slots and sections on one side and solid wood with gorgeous wood grain on the other. It is extremely heavy, well made, and ready to host your next poker game!! It will be a phenomenal addition to your game room, family room, man cave, or entertainment area but it also has a nice feature for times you are NOT hosting poker night… Flip the tabletop over if you aren’t hosting poker night and use it as a lunch or dinner table or breakfast nook. Fantastic vintage Scandinavian Modern teak round top pedestal base dining table by KD Furniture manufactured by Sun Furniture for import. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There are some scratches and a few blemishes on the tabletop, but we chose not to refinish. Gorgeous modern to postmodern cognac leather game table trapezoid shaped with angled legs and leather game board center insert made in India. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. There is a tear in the tops leather that has been repaired and it is still visible but no other flaws that we have detected. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, 1990’s. Game On!!!!! How cool is this cognac leather game table!!!??? It’s Super cool!! Made in India and comprised of a saddle or cognac color leather and its angled legs form a trapezoid shaped body with a square leather lid that lifts off or pokes out using the hole underneath the tabletop and has a gorgeous, double stitched checkerboard on the flipside! Under the “lid” or checkerboard in the center cavity is a hand-stitched backgammon board with natural and black stitching. The detail in the stitching is incredible!! The center cavity is about 1 ½ inches deep and it has two troughs running vertically beside the backgammon board to hold game pieces…it’s really awesome!! This would be a wonderful addition to your modern to postmodern décor...

Fabulous mod style MCM (mid-century modern) 1967 dining or game table from the New Design Idiom line by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin comprised of red vinyl base and white laminate top table, and 2 slipper chairs by Founders Furniture. Chairs have been reupholstered in a neoprene bonded sponge waterproof wet suit fabric by Big Z Fabric. Wonderful vintage condition. The laminate top has been cleaned and polished but two small rust spots remain. The vinyl is in beautiful shape and the chairs have been reupholstered. Please see photos. We try to show flaws. Circa, 1967-1971. NOTE: Due to photography/studio lighting color accuracy between the red vinyl on the chairs compared to the table base may be slightly different. One of the most remarkable partnerships in the mid-century modern to modern design world was the phenomenal furniture making duo of Milo Baughman and Thayer Coggin. Milo Baughman, a 20th Century genius of design, was born in Western Kansas in 1923 but was moved a year later by his family to Long Beach, California. He created Milo Baughman Design Inc. in 1947 and began designing interiors and furniture. Thayer Coggin was born in 1922 in Denton, North Carolina. Twelve years later his family moved 25 miles north to High Point where he grew up surrounded by furniture manufacturing. Thayer’s first love was furniture and Milo’s was design. So, together in 1953, after the two met, history was made in American furniture making by one of the greatest collaborations in the industry. During his career and before his death in 2003, Milo did design for several other companies as well as his own, but it is his collaboration with Thayer Coggin that is most impressive and sought-after today. Thayer Coggin, Inc. is still in business today even after its namesake’s death and is still offering classic selections from the late Baughman’s designs. Founders Furniture began as an independent company in 1947. The president was Edward Thrower. They merged with Thomasville Furniture in 1965 and were sold after to the Armstrong Group. Founders Furniture Company pieces are highly sought after today. High quality, classic style, and iconic manufacturers! Handsome game table or dining table set including a round glass top rattan base table and four (4) swivel rolling rattan chairs with oatmeal colored upholstered removable seat and back cushions. They are in wonderful vintage condition. The cushions have been professionally cleaned and are ready to use. The rattan has normal signs of age appropriate use apart from the base of one of the chairs which we have restored because of structural needs and refinished.
