Water Drop #515
Water drop or waterdrop photography is a type of macro photography where a drop of water is released followed milliseconds later by one or more additional water drops. The first water drop creates a stem that the second water drop (hopefully) hits - creating ephemeral abstract shapes that last less than 1/35000 of a second.
I'm Thomas (@colorlabs_io), a photographer living on a 200 acre working farm in Northern Virginia. I try to stay grounded in the land. I photograph what I can see, what I can touch, & what I know. I work to capture ordinary, prosaic images, & attempt to make them extraordinary. The themes of my photographs are harmony and balance.
