Thomas Earl (English, 1810 -1876 ) was the brother of George Earl and the uncle of Maud Earl and Percy Earl. He was a popular painter of animals, especially dogs and exhibited often in London between 1836 and 1885 included 47 works at the Royal Academy. He also exhibited over 100 paintings at the British Institute and at the Sussex Street.
Henry Bright (English, 1810-1873) was a distinguished landscape painter associated with the Norwich School of painters. His Obvious talents were recognised and he became a pupil of Alfred Stannard, he also trained with John Berney Crome and John Sell Cotman.
