Sad news of the recent passing of Kim Simmonds, a great artist, guitarist, Rock and Blues Legend and founding member of Savoy Brown. Kim was a long-time friend who will be missed by fans and all that loved him and his music worldwide. Kim would always sign his paintings before he was ready to ship them. At the time of his passing Kim had paintings in his studio that were not yet signed. This is one of those paintings. Included with the purchase of this painting is a certificate of Authenticity letter signed by Kim's wife, stating that this is one of the paintings from Kim's studio that was not yet signed but it is 100% guaranteed to be an original painting by Kim Simmonds. I have included an image of 5 paintings that we just received from Kim's wife. This painting along with 4 other paintings. Two are signed and three are unsigned. Kim Simmonds was the founder and lead guitarist of the internationally known Rock and Roll and Blues band, Savoy Brown.
