The seats and backs retain the original supple black leather upholstery and are attached to graceful steel tubular frames, bridged together by matching black saddle-leather straps with hand-tied leather detail. Under the seats are the original i4 Mariani labels and branded decking fabric indicating these chairs are early year production examples. Named 'Big', this elegant Guido Faleschini swivel executive chair was featured in the 1980s movie Wall Street in Michael Douglas's executive office, and was designed for i4Mariani and retailed in the 1970s and 1980s by The Pace Collection. The double-cushioned seats and backs retain the original high-quality and supple black leather upholstery. The cushioned seats sits atop a five star black base on moveable casters for ease of relocation. Two sweeping thick tubular black arms have comfortable padded leather arms on top. The leather covered backs are accented with black hardware. Underneath the chair is a telescoping mechanism to raise/lower the seat height on the chair. Signed underneath with Mariani label.
