Using the striking imagery that is abundant in the California landscape, queer artist Kory Alexander creates dreamy paintings that are flooded with vibrancy and movement. Kory considers himself a naturally curious person, and a wallflower at heart. In turn, his pointed observations result in paintings that overflow with rich colors and juicy textures. Kory’s work is an expressive depiction of quiet or intimate moments, all taken from his personal memories, fantasies, and ultimate desires. He often indulges in daydreams of nostalgia, and chooses to paint scenes where he can find pure bliss. His hope is that others who view his work will experience the same for themselves. As a child growing up in Texas, Kory’s fondest memories are spending the summers under the wide-open sky in the backyard swimming pool and family vacations to Florida beaches. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in the Arts & Technology program from the University of Texas at Dallas, Kory made the move to Los Angeles, where he fell madly in love with the historical architecture and diverse culture that make up Southern California. Nina is an artist, ceramist and colorist with 20 years of professional experience and a lifetime of art appreciation. Originally from Virginia and having traveled and lived extensively worldwide she now resides as a full-time artist and ceramist in Los Angeles. With a degree in psychology and training in ceramics, painting was a natural transition and expansion to her repertoire from an early age. With color and form as her guide, her artwork flows from spontaneous and spiritual inspiration. Influenced by her travels with the play of color and light, her paintings reflect nature, spirit and a place of tranquility. There’s a touch of magic, secrets and a touch of the unknown in every painting, when painting ”time stops and almost an altered state of consciousness overtakes as the painting evolves”. Nina’s artwork has been shown in California, New York, Berlin, Montreal, Texas and Tokyo Japan. Santa Ana...

Olympio creates abstract compositions that reflect his internal rhythms, resulting in bold, expressive paintings. Working intuitively, the artist defines his work as his own personal language—an unspoken expression of his soul. Each piece is both everything and nothing; as simple as a heartbeat, as complex as a hurricane. Born in Lomé, Togo, the self-taught West-African artist spent time in Paris before moving to the United States. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles, California. Work by Olympio has been widely exhibited around the world at museums including: the Latino Art...
