Hollywood Regency blown glass and hand-crafted table lamp by the French glass artist Jean-Claude Novaro (1943-2014). This table lamp is composed of a black lacquered and varnished base with a gold chrome metal structure, and the hand-blown master glass sculpture. This sculpture is made of one large solid piece of blown art glass depicting two parrots or bowerbirds. It is made of subtly smoked transparent glass with gold leaf, which gives the piece an orange hue. Signed on the base (see photos). Collector’s item. Mint condition. Glass piece measurements: 42cm high, 23cm wide, and 14cm deep.
