Possibly used by Chinese aristocrats, these rosewood armchairs delight our eyes with their richly carved structures. Each back is adorned with a skillfully executed décor of foliage, birds and fruits, surrounding a central marble inlaid splat. The foliage motifs are subtly reprised on the open arms in a curling dance.
