Our iconic pi stool range draws it's inspiration from the 20th century modernist idiom, Scandinavian Modern design, Danish furniture, and Japanese aesthetics. Also influenced by the modern craft movement. Both modern and traditional joinery techniques are employed to manufacture in small batches from sustainably sourced oak, ensuring the best attention to detail and quality. The Danish cord seats are woven by experienced craftspeople to the highest standard. The pi stools works perfectly as a footstool, ottoman, side table or spare seat around the busy dining table. It comes standard in an environmentally-friendly and VOC-free oil-finished natural oak, fumed oak, limed oak or ebonised oak frame. The natural oil based finish gives a beautiful lustre that will last for many years without the use of a petrochemical, sprayed product. The seat is available in a woven Danish paper cord...
