The natural white and black spot color is unaltered (not dyed), preserving the natural beauty of the original sheep wool color. These natural color tones carry character and individuality and will vary throughout the sheepskin cover. The natural white may have creamy undertones while darker brown undertones may be found in the natural black. These are natural characteristics of sheep wool and every sheepskin will differ making each bean bag extraordinarily unique.
Whether styled in the kids bedroom to help with learning, placed in the living room for additional seating or in the cinema room for the ultimate gaming experience, this long wool shaggy bean bag will be loved and enjoyed by all.
Our Icelandic sheepskins are carefully sourced directly from Europe, using only natural by-product and eco-friendly processing, without the use of harsh and toxic chemicals that are damaging to the environment and humans, making them safer and healthier inside the home for everyone to enjoy.
Each Icelandic sheepskin beanbag chair is individually handcrafted in Australia by eluxury home with expertise and craftsmanship and most importantly made to strict child safety law. The sheepskin beanbags come with an additional internal cotton bean fill cover, a safety child lock zipper and a genuine leather base for extra durability and easy care.

This sheepskin bean bag does not come with bean fill but can be requested upon additional charge. At eluxury home we use polystyrene fill and this cover will require about 400 - 500L depending upon desire of firmness.

By using the materials and environment as a positive design constraint we guide intelligent and thoughtful design outcomes which connect with people through natural materials, tactile finishes and unique design. We strive to create enduring designs which are meaningful to people and their environment.
Born in Australia, Tom Fereday grew up in England studying at the Wimbledon School of Art before moving to Sydney to complete an honours in Industrial Design at the University of Technology Sydney. Working across Europe and Australia Tom Fereday went onto found his sole practice in 2012.

Tom Fereday develops products based on the principle of honest design, conveying a design process which celebrates the materials and manufacturing processes behind furniture and products, to design from the inside out. By using the materials and environment as a positive design constraint we guide intelligent and thoughtful design outcomes which connect with people through natural materials, tactile finishes and unique design. We strive to create enduring designs which are meaningful to people and their environment.
Born in Australia, Tom Fereday grew up in England studying at the Wimbledon School of Art before moving to Sydney to complete an honours in Industrial Design at the University of Technology Sydney. Working across Europe and Australia Tom Fereday went onto found his sole practice in 2012.
